1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

📌 Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, peak shopping seasons, or extreme weather conditions.
3. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
You can track your package directly through our https://shapersme.com/apps/17TRACK or via global tracking platforms like 17track.net using your tracking number.
4. Duties, Taxes, and Customs
Shapersme is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Wrong Address & Delivery Failure

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Address Modification: If you notice a mistake, please contact our support team at support@shapersme.com within 6 hours of placing your order. Once the package is dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address.

Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Shapersme is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit if the carrier marks the package as "Delivered". If you received your order damaged, or if the tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at support@shapersme.com to file a claim.
7. 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Policy: We proudly offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange for any reason.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging (must not affect secondary sales).

Hygiene Notice: Due to hygienic reasons regarding intimate apparel (lingerie and underwear), items with clear signs of wear, stains, or missing hygienic liners will not be accepted for return.
